Returns & Refund Policy

At Pryora Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we kindly ask that you read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetic products.

If you receive the wrong item or a product that is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can assess the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

•⁠  ⁠You receive an incorrect item.
•⁠  ⁠Your order arrives damaged.
•⁠  ⁠Your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
